Easy to setup and nice quality

Yes that's what it's built for. The contoured walls and sloped footwell let you settle in without bracing, so the cold is the only hard part. Most owners are in it daily within the first fortnight.
What if I don't like it once it arrives?
Use it for 120 days. If it isn't for you, we'll collect it and refund you in full no charge, no restocking fee, no explanation required. You have to actually get in it to know, so we give you a season to find out.
Is there a warranty?
Five years, covering the shell, the chiller, and the seals. If something fails in normal use, we repair or replace it.
Can I move it later?
Yes. Drain it, move it, refill it the pod isn't plumbed into anything permanent. All it needs at the new spot is a level surface and a standard outlet.
What happens if there is a problem with my order?
Tell us and we'll fix it. Damaged in transit, missing parts, wrong delivery slot — one message and a real person sorts it, usually the same day.
