Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at NordPods. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your options if you change your mind or there's a problem with your order.

Return window — 120-day home trial

You may request a return within 120 days of the delivery date. We believe you have to actually get in the pod to know if it's for you — so use it. If it isn't right, we'll arrange collection and refund you in full: no restocking fee, no explanation required. We kindly ask that you return items in good condition, dry, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and any items marked final sale cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at care@trynordpods.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions and, where applicable, a returns address. Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

Return shipping costs

Returns under our 120-day trial are free — we'll arrange collection. For other returns, we recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at care@trynordpods.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty

All NordPods products are covered by a 5-year warranty on the shell, the chiller, and the seals. If something fails in normal use, we repair or replace it. Contact care@trynordpods.com with your order number to make a claim.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they're processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return process above.
