Eligibility

Products and pricing

We try to display our products and prices accurately, but we don't warrant that descriptions, images, or pricing are always error-free. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that contain a pricing error.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we confirm and process the order. Payment must be received in full before we ship.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — see our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns and warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, including our 120-day home trial and 5-year warranty.

Health and safety

Cold water immersion is a physical activity with inherent risks. Consult a healthcare professional before starting cold plunging, especially if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or have any other medical condition. Never use the product under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and supervise children around the product at all times. Our products and content are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — logos, text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to NordPods and may not be copied or used without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
