Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders from NordPods.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email, and tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees — delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak periods are outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on all orders. Any exceptions (e.g. remote areas) are shown at checkout before payment.

Multiple shipments

If your order contains several items (for example, an ice pod and a chiller), they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

Lost, delayed, or stuck orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of the estimated window, contact us at care@trynordpods.com and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address, though we'll do our best to help.
